- No. TrustPay uses a soft search that is invisible to other lenders and leaves no footprint on your credit file.
- Do you accept Universal Credit?
- Yes. Universal Credit, PIP, ESA, DLA, tax credits and pensions all count as income.
- What about CCJs, defaults or an IVA?
- All considered. Affordability today matters more than credit history.
- How fast is delivery?
- Ten working days on 95% of orders. Larger bundles may ship in two waves.
- Is there a deposit?
- No deposit on TrustPay orders under £1,500.
- What is the APR?
- 0% APR representative. The price on the page is the total you pay.
- What happens if I miss a payment?
- Contact us before the due date and we'll re-scheduling one payment free. Repeated missed payments can affect your credit file.
